This is a modern mono white mill deck. You use phyrexian unlife and solemnity to lock out your opponent from killing you, then mill them with grindclock. All the other cards are used to protect your enchantments and yourself. Also, this deck has the best modern counterspell ever. Pact of negation + Angel's grace = one white mana counterspell. There's also avacyn in case your opponent has leyline of sanctity.
