Sideboard

Monks with a lil Emrakul on the side.

Game 1 use Monastery Mentor and Myth Realized and a bunch of token spells to go off on your opponent with a ton of huge monks.

Game 2 you can board out the cantrips, the Monastery Mentors and whatever else fits the matchup to put in the transformative sideboard, which features Polymorph and Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, mostly for the lulz. The rest of that sideboard is cards that help go all-in on the token thing, rather than the non-creature spells theme, allowing the deck to have tokens on the board by the time that Polymorph can be played so that we can win the game fairly easily with Emrakul.

The mainboard is inspired by SaffronOlive's Budget Magic UW Monks deck, which you can find here:

Any advice on the deck is appreciated!
