Just an Azorius commander deck I made to use some good cards I packed. Main strategy is to make stuff your opponents cast more expensive, then counter it or if it gets on the battlefield tap/exile it or bounce it. Solemnity plus Decree of Silence is a fun finisher, as is Inkwell Leviathan , and plenty of ways to make your opponents' commanders useless like Gideon's Intervention and In Bolas's Clutches . Overall, a casual deck your playgroup will eventually probably learn to hate.
