Equipment seem good with glissa's ability. Have thought about Grafted Exoskeleton | Viridian Longbow | Tainted Strike | Fireshrieker | and anything to make tokens like Hornet Queen and Ishkanah, Grafwidow?

Also maybe some staples like ramp Cultivate and draw spells Necrologia etc?

Decree of Pain is a nice big spell.
And if you have glissa on the field when you cast Merciless Executioner or Fleshbag Marauder you are virtually guaranteed to get artifact RTH triggers.
So maybe you want some artifacts that can sacrifice themselves, like Burnished Hart | Armillary Sphere | Nevinyrral's Disk

Hornet Queen sounds like a good late game spell. Burnished Hart would be nice for mana ramp almost every turn. I'll add in that Grafted Exoskeleton for those creatures that don't have infect, And Fireshrieker make my infect creatures have maximum impact.

Prowler's Helm or Whispersilk Cloakwould be a good addition so you can do direct hits of poison if they didn't have a wall.

Managorger Hydra is a little over $1 but in commander it is not a creature to overlook, if anything it could just be a removal magnet to help protect other things of yours.

Anyways, your commander has some synergy with self sacrificing artifacts. Ever consider like Wayfarer's Bauble?

Also there is the rocks that can draw you a card like Mind Stone and Hedron Archive.
