Temur Weavers - Standard Superfriends Control

Standard Burn Competitive Control RUG (Temur) Superfriends

Blue-heavy Temur control build. Essentially Izzet splash green for land advantage.

Keranos, God of Storms: Kill aggro creatures, burn some extra life, or draw more cards. Not important to the deck but provides some good support.

Courser of Kruphix: One of the best 3-drops in standard, Courser provides land drops, gentle life gain, and library thinning.

Prognostic Sphinx: Acts as a decent flying blocker especially vs. Roc and helps me dig through to a win con.

Dig Through Time: Drawing was a big issue I thought of when making my deck. I needed something to help me get through to the rest of my library without taking away from the feel of the deck. Well, with excess mana galore, this does the trick.

Crater's Claws: X+2 damage to a creature or player comes in handy in 90% of games. If we've got a lot of excess mana, go ahead and burn 12 life away. If Nykthos is out, allow your opponent to pull some of their hair out.

Dissolve: Classic 1UU hard counter with scry attached. Gets the big guys but won't help much early on.

Mindswipe: The treasure card of the deck, this counter slaps the opponent with some heavy damage as well as countering important spells.

Anger of the Gods: Anger was a killer that I couldn't have with Prophet in the build. Without her, though, this bad boy kills off aggro spam early on and allows me to get ahead.

Kiora, the Crashing Wave: I love this little lady. Against a generic board, she can create her own personal little body guard to defend her until she overwhelms everyone with hydras. In a case where her survival is impossible, she allows deck thinning and extra land drops - combine with Courser and you also have life gain.

Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker: Big, bad Sarkhan is Stormbreath dragon in disguise. -pro white and +indestructible, this guy stalks the board and eats when he wants.

Xenagos, the Reveler: Poops tokens for chump blocking and a possible win con and provides mana late-game for Claw finisher.

I feel like the deck is in general weak against other Temur decks and heavy aggro. I played with thinks like Anger of the Gods but decided that with so mana mana dorks and my beloved Prophet, it did more harm than good.

Updates Add

Playtesting showed me that, while hilariously fun to play, the original build of the deck wasn't fit for competitive play. I've sideboarded the [Prophet of Kruphix], dropped [Polukranos, Eater of Worlds] and [Savage Knuckleblade], added in counters, and changed the entire basis of the deck. I think this build is just as fun as the original as well as being cheaper and more competitive. Even still, all suggestions are welcome.
