First attempt at Ghave. Will be tweaking this as I playtest and find out what works best. Any help is appreciated. I made this as a combo version of Ghave with the goal to go infinite by sac'ing Protean Hulk. There should be enough reiteration and overlap to win off a Sac'ed Hulk.

Utopia Mycon + Unruly Mob or Champion of Lambholt + Zulaport Cutthroat or Blood Artist. With Ghave in play, this is an infinite loop.

Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Walking Ballista. This is a Hulk version of Mike n Trike. You need a Sac outlet in order to make this work, but that shouldn't be very difficult.

I also added in the trusty Squirrel Nest + Earthcraft just in case.
