As a magic player i like playing storm and what better way to play storm than izzet storm. That bain said the deck has more ways to win than storm ("tho storm is the major one")

The deck can storm of in a variaty of ways either by having one explosive turn with Turnabout and floating a bunch of mana then recasting it out of the graveyard with one of the many spell retrieval cards such as Past in Flames and drawing a bunch of cards with cheap cantrips like Gitaxian Probe , Dig Through Time and finishing of with the primary storm wincon of Ignite Memories , or Aetherflux Reservoir or extending the storm with Mind's Desire

One can also storm of by just casting Mizzix's Mastery with a full graveyard.

Or you could even surprise mill out all the opponents with Psychic Corrosion with the commander as assistance (more card-draw)
