I wanted a fast blue mill deck. Blue is my favorite color and mill seems fun. This is my first attempt at a deck since coming back to Magic after like 10 years. I've only tested it twice so far and won both, but I haven't taken it to FNM yet. Let me know what you think? I do not have a sideboard. Any suggestions?
