A more midrangey version of Infect keeping the potential of fast kills. It aims to remove all of the opponents threats on the board and in their hand before moving in for the kill.

Creatures:

Glistener Elf: The quickest infect creature that can enable fast kills and establish a board presence early.

Phyrexian Crusader: Probably the most powerful infect creature. First strike and infect is a extremely powerful combo and protection from red and white lets him stick around.

Plague Stinger : Some much needed evasion. It's and infect creature, it flies. Not much more to say.

Enchantments:

Rancor: Lets your Phyrexian Crusader and Glistener Elf bulldoze through opposing blockers. Also brings up the much needed poison count.

Wild Defiance : In case the game goes long. Additional pump for your creatures and lets them dodge Lightning Bolt.

Instants:

Abrupt Decay: Some very powerful removal for the early game, getting rid of any potential blockers and threats.

Apostle's Blessing: This card does it all, gives your creatures protection from removal and some board wipes and makes them unblockable. It can also give them protection from artifacts against Affinity or Tron.

Become Immense: Let's your cracked fetches and previous spells become useful again. Used as a late game finisher. Become Immense + Wild Defiance + Creature gives you 10 poison counters.

Might of Old Krosa: Some pump, brings you halfway to 10 for a single green mana.

Groundswell : Surprise pump. It can be used at instant speed on whichever creature isn't blocked. Don't forget that this can also give +2/+2 in case you need it.

Vines of Vastwood: Lets your creatures dodge removal and can be used as more pump.

Dismember: Some more removal. This also kills indestructible creatures which is nice (although I can't think of any modern played ones.)

Lands

Forest: Basic land in case of Path to Exile or Ghost Quarter.

Inkmoth Nexus: Lets us run another infect creature without diluting the spell count. Automatic 4 of in any infect deck.

Overgrown Tomb: The black and green shockland. Fetchable and can throw people off (Turn 1: Overgrown Tomb + Thoughtseize + Verdant Catacombs .)

Pendelhaven: A land that pumps your infect creature. Keep in mind that it can't target Phyrexian Crusader.

Swamp: See Forest.

Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth: Your in black, you should be running this.

Verdant Catacombs: The black green fetchland. Dilutes your deck a little bit and allows you to grab either colour.

Windswept Heath: Another fetchland that can fetch green. Any green fetch could be used to replace this.

Sorcery

Thoughtseize: Hand attack for the greedy. Since you are trying to remove their threats and kill them quickly the life loss is mostly inconsequential.

Inquisition of Kozilek: Hand attack for the cautious. This one lets you grab most of their removal and early game creatures.

Sideboard

Sign in Blood: Used as a card draw engine on your slower matchups such as BGx and control. Gives you more steam for your next turn attack.

Livewire Lash : Can be used against BGx as a way to force infect through their removal. It says that the equipped creature deals the damage and infect creatures deal damage in the form of poison counters.

Tormod's Crypt: Used to hose some graveyard decks such as Living End or Grishoalbrand.

Doom Blade: In case you need more removal. Could swap this one for dismember against things like Tron's Wurmcoil Engines.

Gut Shot: Spits other infect decks in the face. Also useful against Abzan Company to kill their mana dorks.

Nature's Claim: Artifact removal for things like Spellskite and other things like Spellskite.

Duress: A single copy against a combo deck such as storm or Grishoalbrand.
