Blue/Black ConTROLLing Emptiness Deck!

Really wanted to make a deck using both Thing in the Ice and Remorseless Punishment . For them both to work I have included a ton of removal spells for flipping Thing in the Ice while also keeping the board and their hands clear for when I cast Remorseless Punishment . The goal would be to deal 10 damage with it by keeping his hand and board empty.

I added Read the Bones for some card advantage followed by Dark Petition in case I need to search for a card. The spell mastery will usually be active due to the deck being mostly noncreature spells! This could be a great follow up by using the 3 mana given from the mastery!

I added two planeswalkers Jace, Unraveler of Secrets and Ob Nixilis Reignited because they also help with card draw while also having a destroy and bounce back!

Most of the remaining cards are all destroys or discards that will help keep both his hands and field clear!

Any comments or suggestions will be appreciated! I really want to make something out of this deck and use it at my FNM! Thanks for looking!

Some small changes include taking out x1 Accursed Witch ^Flip and x1 Remorseless Punishment to include x2 To the Slaughter. I feel like this will be a very useful card for getting rid of Planeswalkers so Ruinous Path doesn't have to do all the work. It is also very useful in getting rid of hexproof creatures. I wanted to add that x1 Remorseless Punishment into the sideboard, but figured I should still be fine with x3 in the main with the help from x2 Dark Petition.
