The deck is based around a tribal theme, but not just any tribe. Advisors. Advisors only have 48 creatures.

I concluded that Azorius is the best choice with 27 creatures. Out of two Azorius commanders, I decided Grand Arbiter Augustin IV is better than the vanilla commander Tobias Andrion . Azorius is naturally has cards that can protect the player such as Ghostly Prison and Propaganda. So I expanded on that idea and made a very pillow-fort-esque deck. In the deck I put in Authority of the Consols effects and and tax effects such as Aura of Silence. One of my favorite cards in the deck is Azor's Elocutors , which is always fun to win with.
