Sideboard

This deck wins a lot. It mixes the better parts of Orzhov's removal package with tokens and doesn't even need Divine Visitation to win, but it's there nonetheless.

Fungal Infection played on your own Hunted Witness with a Divine Visitation out is better than sex, I swear. But that's looking for perfection, when really all you need is an army of 1/1s overrunning an opponent who has no creatures because you keep killing or exiling them.

Sword-Point Diplomacy is in there to give you a little bit of card draw, but mostly to trick your opponent into wasting life on exiling cards there are multiples of in the deck.

Try Awaken the Erstwhile when your hand is full, you have out Divine Visitation, your opponent's hand is empty, or all of the above. Also useful if their hand is full of stuff you don't want them playing.

Sideboard could use a little work, I'm taking suggestions.
