Budget Mindcrank combo. Duskmantle Guildmage's first ability lets you deal infinite damage and mill with Mindcrank, provided you are able to deal damage to your opponent or get a card into their graveyard (with removal, for example). If you're in a situation where you can't do either of those, you can also leave up mana on your opponent's turn and activate Duskmantle Guildmage's ability in response to one of their spells. As long as the spell doesn't kill Mindcrank, it will kill them on the spot.
