Sideboard

Modern Infect on a budget. Kinda textbook stuff that doesn't need a ton of explanation, but here it is: Play Infect creature (Any creature will do). Buff Infect creature at sorcery speed. Attack with Infect creature. Buff Infect creature at instant speed. If win == False, repeat.

More detailed stuff:Our ideal game with this deck:Turn 1: Forest, Glistener Elf, Go.Turn 2: Forest, Phytoburst, Hit for 6 poison, Go.Turn 3: Forest, at least +3/+3 on a pump spell, hit for at least 4 poison, Game 2?

Turn 3 wins are actually fairly reliable in this deck game 1, but if you can't find a hand with more than one land and a Glistener Elf, turn 4 is probably more likely. If you mulligan below 6 and can't find a land and an elf, keep two lands and another creature. Even if you're at 6, that might be a good plan depending on the exact details.

From the sideboard, putting in Hapatra's Mark is good against burn or spot-removal decks for the Hexproof it gives, and Apostle's Blessing is similarly amazing. I don't know why you'd want more Phytobursts or Bonesplitters, but they're there. Llanowar Elves is for the fringe Land-Destruction decks. Just kidding, it's because it's cheap and I'm not sure what else I could put in. If it is ever somehow relevant, Shed Weakness is a good 1 mana instant pump.

If I were to open up the budget to, say, $20, I would very much like to put in some Blossoming Defense for more hexproof and 1 mana +2/+2 instants. I would also like to add stuff like Groundswell for extra pumping, because it's not hard to get a landfall trigger on turn 2 or 3.
