It's a simple modern mono blue control deck, focused on slowing down opponents until you can get creatures like Stormtide Leviathan and AEtherling out to deal serious damage. Talrand, Sky Summoner works mid game to get out some flyers to deal initial damage, and Guile is used for some serious late game synergy. Deprive, Mana Leak, and Syncopate are used for some very early game countering, and Vapor Snag, Curse of the Swine, and AEtherspouts are used to remove whatever winds up on the field. I am open to suggestions, just know that adding in 4 Remand is gonna double the price of the deck, so keep it cheap if you can!
