This deck very quickly gains life and uses it to do a manner of things. Karlov will allow you to exile or throw massive commander damage at the table. You will become the target of melee, so I've been adding ways to take advantage of being swung at. Felidar Sovereign is a win con if you keep it on the table, as well as the Sanguine Bond+Exquisite Blood infinite combo. Using Aetherflux reservoir is a good way to nuke a trouble player, or use Phyrexian Processor to continue creating massive creatures. This deck gains life, very well.
