Boros version of the well-known Mono / Rakdos Red.

The tiny white splash has been added to make better SB cards available for the deck and the meta game it is competing in. Also Seal Away is a nice to have and Teferi probably doesn't like the Ixalan's Binding too much.

Do you guys think, the splash makes sense, what could be good SB options?
