This is a Baral Combo-Control list I have been running. The goal is to get infinite mana using High Tide and Palinchron or Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal (and some mana rocks), and then cast Blue Sun's Zenith on all your opponents to make them each draw 100,000 cards. You can draw your deck with Future Sight , Sensei's Divining Top , and either Cloud Key or Helm of Awakening . Another way of drawing your deck is getting infinie mana and casting Pull from Tomorrow , Stroke of Genius , or Blue Sun's Zenith . If you do draw your deck, you can win with Jace, Wielder of Mysteries instead of with Blue Sun's Zenith .

If, even with all the counterspells in this deck, you find yourself in a situation where you have no way of getting infinite mana and no Jace, Wielder of Mysteries , you can take infinite turns with Nexus of Fate if you have drawn your deck. Once you take infinite turns, you can slowly but surely get to the point where, using Azcanta, the Sunken Ruin , Future Sight , or Thought Reflection , you can cast Nexus of Fate and Blue Sun's Zenith in the same turn to gradually mill your opponents out. Just make sure not to accidentally lose the game by forgetting that Thought Reflection is not a may. If your Blue Sun's Zenith gets countered in addition to all your combo pieces and Jace, you can take infinite turns and try to kill your opponents with combat damage, though it is pretty hard, so try not to let that happen. You want to have some counterspell back up when combo-ing off.

If, somehow, all your ways to get infinite mana and all your ways to draw your deck get countered, you can attempt to get up to enough mana to cast one of the 3 'draw X' spells in this deck and draw a ton of cards. However, it is extremeley hard to do that to the point of no cards in deck, so, again, try not to let that happen.

With Throne of Eldraine, we have 4 new cards. The Magic Mirror, Castle Vantress, Midnight Clock, and Arcane Signet. The Magic Mirror is a massive draw engine, and in this deck I will easily get it out for 3 or 4 mana. I am cutting Admiral's Order, as it is the worst counterspell in my deck, and I am fine cutting down one. Castle Vantress is just better then an island. Arcane Signet is just strictly better then Sky Diamond. Midnight Clock is also a big draw engine, and in commander I only have to wait 3 turn cycles. I can also pump mana into it if my opponents don't cast any relevant spells. It is also a mana rock. I am cutting devestation tide, as it really just doesn't do much. If you miracle it on your opponents turn, great, but otherwise, spending 5, well usually 4, mana on a spell that bounces all you mana rocks and baral, just isn't great.

I am also cutting Dismiss for Cryptic Command, because Cryptic Command is almost always better.
