Just a mill deck, probably not the best, but meph. The point is to get Fraying out, stalling with engulfs and rebukes and counters until you can startled their face and mill for massive chunks altogether. With a perfect hand, you can mill your opponent by turn 5, turn 1 land, turn 2 land, turn 3 fraying sanity, turn 4 startled awake, turn 5 startled awake into GG.
