Even though this deck has an infinite Twin combo, this deck plays much different than the typical U/R Twin. The lack of blue forces this deck away from tempo and into mid-range. This is not a bad thing by any means, just something to be aware of.
This deck aims to win by either beating down your opponent, or instantly taking the match using the Twin combo. Most of the games you will win by generating card advantage with Restoration Angel and attacking, having the combo as an added bonus!
Humble Defector is what makes this list unique. Humble Defector is an excellent card generator for a deck without blue. Holding priority after tapping for 2 cards, you can flash in Restoration Angel to prevent opponent control, or flash in Village Bell-Ringer for a second activation. Humble Defector is also a valuable Splinter Twin target. Worst case, if Humble Defector dies while trying to be enchanted, you can tap and draw 2 cards putting you back at net 0.

Village Bell-Ringer - Overall Village-Bell Ringer is a worse Deceiver Exarch, but the chance for instantly winning the game makes this card a must. Cool untap tricks can be used for blocking or the dual activation of Humble Defector
Humble Defector - Used for abusive card advantage, but can also beat down in a pinch
Grim Lavamancer - Most versatile one drop
Blade Splicer - Splicer gives you 4 power on the board for just 3 mana. With an ETB that can be recycled using Restoration Angel, there is so much value to be had
Restoration Angel - Restoration Angel is one of white's staple cards. Get further value out of your other ETB cards, then put on the pressure with a 3/4 flyer
Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker - Essentially 2 more Splinter Twin, with an added combo with Restoration Angel
