The idea behind this deck is to focus on stacking upkeep triggers for value.

While this might not seem like the best strategy -- upkeep triggers mean your permanents need to survive a whole turn for you to get that value -- I disagree.

For one thing, there are so many in the deck that it would take an Eon Hub to stop all of them. So opponents will have too many choices, and most of them are seemingly harmless, usually just allowing you extra card draw or selection and/or allowing you to dump cards into your graveyard.

Second, there are two ways to give your creatures flash (Vernal Equinox, Vivien, Champion of the Wilds) and one way to give enchantments flash (Vernal Equinox), so you can save at least some of the good upkeep cards for the end step of the opponent before you.

Since there is so much dumping cards in the graveyard, Sidisi, Brood Tyrant made sense for the commander. Technically she doesn't trigger on your upkeep, which is too bad, but she gives you extra value every time you dump a creature from your library into your graveyard, getting you an extra 2/2 zombie token that can attack, chump block, or be sacrificed as needed.

The coolest card in the deck is probably Paradox Haze. It is basically a Panharmonicon for upkeep triggers.

As for wincons, there are quite a few big creatures to go on the beat down plan, and plenty of ways to recur them from your graveyard as needed, such as Twilight's Call, which is a wincon in itself if you've successfully managed your opponents' graveyards with cards like Void Maw and Agent of Erebos. End-Raze Forerunners is a decent budget alternative to Craterhoof Behemoth as well.

Last, there is one "you win" upkeep card: Mortal Combat. The deck probably needs more creatures to really make it viable, but if you can get 20 of them into your graveyard and have it in play on your upkeep, you can just win that way. Worth a shot, at least, though it might be one of the first cards I'd cut for substitutes.

The list is still a work in progress, so suggestions welcome!
