Pestilence effects, life gain, spot and board removal... what's not to love? Favorite combo is Pestilence Demon/Thrashing Wumpus with lifelink. It gets even better when you get Sunbond on them and even moreso with Archangel of Thune. Black ramp like Cabal Coffers and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, Nirkana Revenant, Crypt Ghast and Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx make for a deadly Exsanguinate. And then there are your typical B/W staples: Serra Ascendant, Sun Titan, Necropotence, Sheoldred, Whispering One etc. Overall it's a really fun deck!
