Goal here is to get a lock down started with either Smothering Tithe and Stasis or Lavinia, Azorius Renegade/Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir/Teferi, Time Raveler and Knowledge Pool/Omen Machine then just wait until we draw into Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre, Teferi, Hero of Dominaria or Helm of Obedience + Rest in Peace to kill the table. All the time spent waiting will be filled with counter magic and drawing.

Minor update: Time Spiral -> Echo of Eons, Scroll Rack -> Back to Basics, As Foretold -> Teferi, Time Raveler Playing with the idea of adding an Opus Thief subtheme to this deck. Alms Collector, Smothering Tithe, Consecrated Sphinx and Narset, Parter of Veils are all in UR and it might make for an interesting way to stax the table before landing a lock out combo when combined with a couple more wheels like Windfall or Time Spiral. Also, just a reminder, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite really wants a spot in this deck to stax out dorks and token decks.

Cut Mystic Gate and Tundra for Reliquary Tower and Hall of Heliod's Generosity Helm of Obedience, Back to Basics, Stroke of Genius and an island are currently rotated out to try making room for the Opus Thief package. Ghostly Prison and Propaganda are cut because I feel like there are stronger and better options for the slots.

Cryptic Command -> Disallow just because 1UUU can be an intense cost and disallow lets me counter cast triggers of Ulamog if the stars align.
