I hope to build a budget reanimation deck inspired by the latest cards that have come out of ixalan, i own most of the cards already, so it should only cost 20 more dollars for me to complete, but i am hoping for some advice on how to improve the deck and make it competitively viable. Also mana base is highly temporary, sideboard is just cards i think will work in sideboard, and yes i know i need to prepare for counterspells and graveyard hate, so please do suggest cards in colors that will support.
