Sideboard

"Fair" deck meant to prey on other fair decks, while having plenty of removal and hand disruption to deal with combo decks. This deck can range from tier 1 to 2 depending on meta. In current meta I found eldrazi tron to be a difficult matchup while grixis death shadow is super easy to deal with. Any suggestions are welcome.

Now I'm going to go in depth on each card in the deck:

Lingering souls, spectral procession, and Intangible virtue: These are auto adds in any token dedicated deck.

Inquisition and thoughtseize: I like to have around 6 ways of hand disruption and I find this split good due to the prevalence of grixis, eldrazi, burn, and affinity.

Secure the Wastes: So this is probably my most controversial pick as this is the slot where bitterblossem would go. I find the instant speed and versatility of secure to do a lot of work against all styles of decks. For as long as burn is a deck I don't like bitterblossem and thus I've stuck with secure and have found it to be a good replacement if not just straight up better due to the threat of an end of turn secure for like 4 or 5 that leads to a huge threat at instant speed.

Removal Sweep: My sweep here is 7 cards in the main I like to keep to have a versatility of removal. 4 path as its the best removal in my colors, then 2 push for cheap efficient removal and 1 anguished as a removal spell that can cover just about anything and give me out against certain annoying permanents such as bridge or engineered explosives(though unlikely as they will have mana up most of the time).

Zealous Persecution: This is a removal in certain matchups and just pump in other, the versatility the card gives is the reason it is still in the deck and as long as affinity stays around I like having it in the main.

Gideon and Sorin: Walkers that provided consistent creatures and pump for those creatures, not much else to say they are amazing. Though I will note I've varied on the number of walkers over the years and right now I feel like this is a good number but I could see adjusting.

Auriok Champion: This card was great back when splinter twin was a thing and now a days I find the card to still be valuable due to its suitability and the life it gives. Definitely a possible cut in the future.

Worship: This card I recently moved to the mainboard and haven't gotten enough game sin yet to determine whether I like it in the main yet or not. Its purpose in the main is to stop some of the bad combo matchups game 1 with a very powerful enchantment or be a game changer against an aggro or burn deck.
