My attempt at a Ninjutsu deck, which I've wanted to pull off for a while; also fulfilling a desire to make somewhat of a dimir control deck.

Slither Blade to enable the ninja due to the 1CMC and unblockable. Quickling can be used as an enabler and a great utility card; its Flash ability allows you to bounce and protect/activate Ninjutsu on a blocked Ninja by bouncing and playing it again.

Running four each of Ninja of the Deep Hours and Mistblade Shinobi for card draw and temporary creature removal from the get-go. Higure, the Still Wind for Ninja tutoring and unblockable. One each of Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni and Silent-Blade Oni because they can be tutored out and protected with Quickling, Walker of Secret Ways, Peel from Reality or a timely Familiar's Ruse (which combos incredibly well with Ninjutsu) if need be.
