Ad Nauseam into Doomsday is the primary Win-Con for this deck. If you are unfamiliar with Doomsday/Laboratory Maniac piles check out The EDH Doomsday Primer

Check out fossil and the Dr. Meandeck he has been working on for inspiration. I stole the Intuition into Laboratory Maniac Unearth Demonic Consultation line from him.

Gameplan
Even though this deck doesn't rock a turn 2 or 3 win as constantly as a Protean Hulk/Flash deck or Food Chain/General Tazri it is still a fast combo deck not a control or tempo deck. The goal of this deck is to tutor on turn 1 or 2 for either Ad Nauseam or Doomsday. Then you attempt to win on turn 4 either with Doomsday or by casting Ad Nauseam before your 4th turn. If you get stopped Kess, Dissident Mage allows you to recast your win conditions. Unlike some Kess, Dissident Mage deck's you make full use of counterspell's with this build. If you play correctly you should be able to get a turn 4 or 5 Doomsday with protection most games.

Single card discussion,
Vandalblast, Cyclonic Rift and Toxic Deluge are how I get rid of stack pieces. I have also been experimenting with By Force, Earthquake and now Abrade because i like instant speed stuff. I do not believe you need very many of these cards and they are meta dependent.

Life is a resource be sure to use it all!
