Introduction

Hello everyone, as most of you already know Tasigur, the Golden Fang is a Multiplayer control cEDH deck that is there to keep people in check as well as stall the game out till you have the ability to win off of Beast Within and Reality Shift combo. However, I wanted to take a different approach to things and instead play a Reanimator package. The reason I chose to do this over the traditional style was that I found it would be more fun and exciting to disrupt our opponents with cards like the Praetors or with stuff such as Void Winnower . Now that is not to say that I have not enjoyed the thrill of playing and preforming the traditional deck at all. That version is just as fun, but I did want to give things a different try and thus I decided to brew this up. I hope you all enjoy.

General Strategy

As with most Reanimator strategies the objective of this style of play is to use your graveyard as a resource and reanimate a single creature that can help you either secure games or lock out your opponents with different goals in mind. Therefore, since I opted for more of a control/lockdown strategy that BUG has to offer, I found it fitting that this would be the most optimal approach for my playgroup. Below I have listed all the reanimator options this deck has to offer for different situations that will come.

Picking their Poison

Reanimator Targets:

• Koma, Cosmos Serpent - Hard to remove token generator.
• Sphinx of the Second Sun - Very powerful effect that allows you great early game setup and the ability to continue to pressure your opponents on their turns since your land will be untapped.
• Terastodon - For the early game when you want to force a single player out by putting them extremely behind by means of destroying their lands.
• Vilis, Broker of Blood - A nice hand refresh when used in juncture with Reanimate as well as the ability to keep creature decks in check.
• Void Winnower - Great for EDH decks that rely heavily on their commander(s) and commander(s) that are even CMC.
• Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur - Forcing your opponents to play with top deck while you sit back and control the game with a fresh hand each turn. Usually your main go to for early game multiplayer shutdowns.

• Neoform + Tasigur, the Golden Fang = Koma, Cosmos Serpent
• Eldritch Evolution + Tasigur, the Golden Fang = Sphinx of the Second Sun
• Eldritch Evolution + Tasigur, the Golden Fang = Terastodon
• Eldritch Evolution + Tasigur, the Golden Fang = Vilis, Broker of Blood
