a good modern deck i built after one of my friends starting using something similar. the deck focuses on rushing down your opponent from turn 1-4 and keeps the pressure going on after by spitting out burn and minions.

the best starting hand you can get is 4 burning tree emissary, 1 bushwacker, and 2 red or green land, the second land needs to come in untapped the first one doesnt need to. on turn 2 pay the 2 mana and cast burning tree, the burning tree gives you two more mana to cast another one and continue the combo until you have played all four, after the 4th burning tree you have a 2 mana, play bushwacker's surge cost with that mana and it gives everything haste and other creatures +1 until end of turn, swing for 14 dmg turn 2. other good things to have early- vexing devil, lightning bolt, expirment one, wild nacatl or kird ape with nacatl being better.
