Gitrog Land Value

As the name states, this deck is a lands deck based around The Gitrog Monster, utilizing its ability to sacrifice lands like Dunes of the Dead, Radiant Fountain, and Drownyard Temple. Dryad of the Ilysian Grove paired with Crucible of Worlds or Ramunap Excavator allow you to play multiple lands per turn, including lands from your graveyard, continuing that value from The Gitrog Monster.

Tireless Tracker is really great at generating card advantage in this deck, as a lot of lands will be entering the battlefield, and I have also used Tireless Tracker to close out a game instead of using The Gitrog Monster.

Courser of Kruphix is a great way to build up that life total to maybe stall out a little longer if the value engine isn't running by turn 5-6.

Besides Courser of Kruphix for stalling, this deck is basically a Rock midrange list that is great at holding out while the value engine is put together. Cards like Abrupt Decay and Assassin's Trophy make great cheap removal, while Thoughtseize is the perfect hand disruption for a combo heavy meta.
