Counters, ya know. For standard, mainly taking into account what is going to be on its way out.

Worried that this deck falls prey to chump blockers--not many things in it have flying (though the spider has reach and plenty of things give -1/-1 counters) and there is no trample at all. Thinking about taking out the Prey Upons in favor of something that buffs and gives Trample.

The crux of the deck is churning out deathtouch sneks with Hapatra, and using the Scorpion God to draw whatever else is needed to win.

I like the Nest of Scarabs but a.) four might be too many and b.) do a bunch of 1/1 insects really do what I need them to do in this deck? Would it be worth it if I had some more buff spells to swing wide and pump whatever gets through?
