Mizzix deck, based of the C15 Precon. I fully intend to break it, but that will be a work in progress.

In addition to being completely busted, I want this deck to be creatureless, except of course for Mizzix. I toyed with the idea of Nonland-Permanent-Less, but Artifact mana, and utility enhancements are way too good to pass up.

Here is the issue I am running into at the moment, other than not being done cutting the bad cards from the precon. I cast a lot of spells, but not many of them are particularly impactful on the board or game as a whole. What are some suggestions to change that?
