Sideboard

Standard grixis death's shadow deck that you will see in modern frequently. The idea around this deck is be aggressive through the use of efficient threats while offering some control to disrupt your opponent and keep your threats alive. We use thoughtsieze and Inquisition of Kozilek to remove either threats or removal from out opponents hands and keep our threats alive with Stubborn Denial. Thought Scour plus any fetchland allows you to play a t2 Tasigur, the Golden Fang or even a Gurmag Angler if you have access to another fetchland, Street Wraith, or second Thought Scour. Various forms of lifeloss such as through fetchlands and thoughsieze allow to quickly play a large Death's Shadow. T1 thoughtsieze + any fetchland with a T2 fetchland allows you to drop a Death's Shadow quickly. Street Wraith basically allows us to run a 56 card deck and gives us access to life loss to grow the Death's Shadow and another card in the graveyard for our delve threats.

Running blue in a death's shadow deck gives us access to Stubborn Denial, which we are able to easily activate with quick access to creatures with power 4 or greater, Serum Visions to help set up out draws to even out mana over the game, and Snapcaster Mage which makes our midrange game much more powerful. Snapcaster also benefits from castings Thought Scour though can become weaker if you don't carefully delve to cast your Tasigur, the Golden Fang or your Gurmag Angler.

The red in the deck gives us access to better removal in the form of Terminate and gives us access to one of the highest value cards in the game Kolaghan's Command. In the sideboard it gives us a faster clock with Temur Battle Rage and more sweeping power with Izzet Staticaster.

Sideboard

2x Ceremonious Rejection-Eldrazi tron is a very real deck right now and can be a tough matchup. Running a third rejection is a good idea if your local meta is eldrazi or tron heavy.

1x Disdainful Stroke-Strong against any tron deck and U/W control. The meta has shifted towards slower decks with strong, higher cost spells.

2x Collective Brutality-An all around great card to have for either more targeted discard, more creature removal, or even health gain against aggro or burn. Burn is a close to unwinnable matchup if you don't have access to this card.

2x Liliana, the Last Hope-Great in any grindy matchup and against most aggro decks.

2x Stubborn Denial-The best counterspell you can run in this deck. Needed against any control, combo, or midrange deck that has spells that must be stopped.

2x Kozilek's Return-Good sweeper that is able to hit hard to remove threats like Etched Champion since it is technically colorless. It is also able to deal with an end of turn Collected Company due to being instant speed.

1x Engineered Explosives-One of the best sweepers you can ask for in a 3 color deck. It is also able to hit non-creature permanents such as chalice or planeswalkers. An important thing to note is you can cast it for 0 mana and wipe out any tokens on the battlefield.

2x Nihil Spellbomb-One sided graveyard hate that cycles. Good for any matchup where your opponent uses the graveyard.

1x Temur Battle Rage-The idea with this card is to speed up your clock in matchups where you have to have a fast clock. Decks like tron will win if you give them enough time so it allows you to finish your opponent a turn or two early. After some playtesting I may trade it in for a third Collective Brutality however.

Overall this is a very powerful and fun deck play that is good in many matchups. It is a risky deck since many times you will be reducing your life total as fast as you can. There are matchups where holding your health total higher and allowing your opponent to reduce is the best decision. Decks like burn and jeski will rust run over you if you bring your health total too low. Feel free to upvote the deck and comments, questions, and tips are always welcome.
