My first attempt at making a commander deck. Get Noyan Dar out early and cast cheap instant or sorcery cards to awaken lands and swing. I have Elspeth Sun's Champion and Jace Architect of Thought to bring in but they're in other deck's ATM. Prowess works well on creatures in here too.
