Semi budget infect deck. Cathedral of War provides Exalted to Inkmoth Nexus, and Blighted Agent. The Wooded Foothills work as a budget alternative to Misty Rainforest, and help to thin out the deck without slowing it down. I may swap out one of the foothills for a Flooded Strand to help with blue source.
