Orzhov Sacrifice Combo Deck: Uses generally cheap, resilient creatures to provide many death triggers. Win condition is often a combination of drains from Blood Artist(s) and Athreos. Because we want to maximize these drain triggers, using creatures to accomplish tasks (e.g. ramp, card-draw) is preferable.

Mechanics that synergize: Evoke (get ETB effect, sac creature in response to sacrifice trigger), morbid, echo (get ETB effect and sac before paying echo), revolt, fabricate + persist + undying (multiple bodies).
