Alright, here's the plan 1. Ramp 2. Cast Maelstrom Wanderer 3. Throw up RUG goodstuff 4. Repeat until everyone else is dead

Who needs card advantage? If you take out all that useless junk like that dinky Sensei's Divining Top , you can fit more strong cards in! Like Possibility Storm , Etali, Primal Storm , or Protean Hulk ! Tons of mana doublers will speed up your opponents, BUT! with the curve being so high, you can outspend just about anyone, because they're cowards for playing so many dinky cards.

EVEN BETTER! It doesn't even matter if Maelstrom Wanderer get's countered! You get free cards unless your opponent is EXTREMELY well prepared, in which case, they've burnt through their answers and you can recast next turn since you're likely to have ramp or mana doublers on hand. Just to add insult to injury, counter your own commander with by cascading into Release to the Wind and immediately recast for no cost!
