A not-so-typical Temur Spellslinger deck,

The main goal is to take advantage of the Commander 2018 mechanic Commander Storm, so we have partners to boost our cast count with these cards. The main appeal of using these cards is their sheer inability to be dealt with aside from not-so-commonly played cards like Summary Dismissal , rendering control player's counterspells basically useless.

Fury Storm is obvious in a spells deck, and can either go infinite with Ral, Storm Conduit , or just nuke everyone by copying Treacherous Terrain or a big Comet Storm . Of course, it can be abused with almost any spell in this deck for fun shenanigans like Bribery or Saheeli's Artistry

Echo Storm can be used to ramp us like crazy off of a random Sol Ring or Gilded Lotus , or can help us win the game by making a bunch off Darksteel Colossus or Blightsteel Colossus .

Genesis Storm is the real winner here, getting us a large number of high-cost permanents that just put us so far ahead at one time, such as our aforementioned Colossus brothers, a Mind's Dilation to make our foes sweat about casting their spells, or a Sandwurm Convergence to not only protect us, but start generating a wider board. Naturally, we would want to cast this spell later in the game once we've cast our partners a few times, but being a spells deck means even 2 or 3 hits can push us ahead.

A common concern about spellslinger decks is their ability to maintain a board without taking a bunch of damage, so we have a large assortment of spells that will give us a solid board through common clone spells, or just answer the board with some great boardwipes. If all else, we also have the big swaggy boy Thragtusk in our deck which we can also abuse and clone while gaining some much needed life.

All in all, I've had a really solid win-rate with this deck, as it has the ability to safely defend itself from all kinds of threats
