Once spoiled I immediately began to build around Kess, dissident mage A spell slinging old woman in an awesome color combination, a badass dress and an EDH presence threatening to overtake even Queen Atraxa, please sign me up. As the name implies, this is a standard storm deck. Build up as much mana/spell casts as you can and combo with storm cards. If you're stuck, just burn or bleed them out.

Early game- Early game tends to be a lot of control, keeping the board clear, getting mana rocks out and tutoring combo pieces. Our creature count is incredibly low and valuable in making Kess's life a little bit more smooth or pinging off smaller creatures with spell cast damage

Mid Game- Still mostly control, finding combo pieces and praying that someone has something more scary than Kess or a few higher impact cards in the 'yard.

Late Game- Once you've gotten your combo cards, go off. Using cards like, Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal with mana rocks and Paradox Engine can give you infinite mana allowing you to hit theoretically a high enough storm count to kill an opponent. IF this fails you can use similar combos and (X) spells that damage or drain an opponent. Aetherflux Reservoir ticks up very quickly in this deck and can combo with cards like, Exsanguinate to kill two people at once if you're lucky. Similarly you may use cards like, Banefire or Torment of Hailfire. If you're feeling extra froggy though and want to win by being the most blue player of all time you can use the infinite mana combo, Pull from Tomorrow, Preordain and Laboratory Maniac to "draw & win".
