Decking on a Budget

The entire purpose of this deck is to have the lowest budget highly functioning commander deck possible. Lifegain and such combos are usually pretty cheap, so I wanted to make a deck using that because I knew there wouldn't be many expensive cards to up the cost. Please bear this in mind when commending change suggestions.

Combos

The Ring of Three Wishes allows the player to tutor three times and isn't expensive compared to other tutor cards; it's pretty slow. To combo, you should aim to get a Sanguine Bond + Beacon of Immortality to eliminate one player from the game immediately. Another combo is your Invincible Hymn + Felidar Sovereign, but this will immediately be perceived as a threat and you'll be taken out of the game quite quickly if anyone notices. This is why this deck has lots of removal in the form of Vindicate, Mortify and Murder since you want to also be countering your opponents' combos and moves that seek to end yours.
