Sideboard

This is what happens when you take White Weenie all the way to Legacy.

Card Rundown:

Tech:

Swords to Plowshares: Best removal ever printed. Interactive disruption is required to some extent for Legacy. Always 4.

Aether Vial: It misses a lot, but when it works, it turns great hands into god hands. Always 4.

Core:

Mother of Runes: One of the most important ladies in the deck. Mom protects all. 4.

Thalia, Guardian of Thraben: Thalia with Mom backup is enough to shut down most combo decks in the format. 4.

Stoneforge Mystic: This is the best Magic the Gathering creature ever printed. 4.

Stoneforge Package:

Batterskull: Stoneforge Mystic's best friend. Only 1 is needed, because tutoring.

Umezawa's Jitte: The other core piece of the Stoneforge Package. Grab the Jitte if you smell an elf combo coming or need to fight some small creatures.

Sword of Fire and Ice: Some people use Sword of Feast and Famine in this slot, but I feel like the protection from blue makes this sword more relevant than anything. Grab this sword against True-Name Nemesis or Delver of Secrets  .

Spice:

Phyrexian Revoker: Commonly named names include Deathrite Shaman, Sensei's Divining Top and Stoneforge Mystic. There are many other names to name as well, such as Jace, the Mind Sculptor and Liliana of the Veil. 3 in this list.

Containment Priest: A solid flash bear. Hates out a number of combo decks in the format. Doesn't pair well with Aether Vial, so only 1 main.

Spirit of the Labyrinth: You have not lived until you've vialed in one of these girls while your opponent has a Brainstorm on the stack. 2 main, because dies easily.

Vryn Wingmare: Adds to Thalia and is non Legendary. 4.

Flickerwisp : If you vial in a Wisp at the beginning of the opponent's end step, whatever it is you flickered is going to be gone for a very long time. Also, flying. 1 for now because needed to make room for Wingmare.

Mangara of Corondor: Combos with Karakas thanks to poor design. Note how exiling Mangara is part of the spell resolution and not part of the spell cost. 1 included for shenanigans.

Brimaz, King of Oreskos : Brimaz is cool for a lot of reasons. His cat soldiers can carry a Jitte if he dies, and as a Legend he can be protected from Abrupt Decay bullets with an online Karakas. Vigilance is very powerful with Umezawa's Jitte because you get charge counters on the attack and then again on the block. 1.

Restoration Angel : Helps the girls dodge an Abrupt Decay and gets extra mileage out of ETB triggers. Only 1, because 4 CMC for a creature is expensive in Legacy.

Lands:

Plains : This is a land that makes white mana. It is a basic land and cannot be destroyed by Wasteland. This deck has 6.

Karakas : This seemingly innocent land can destroy any deck that runs on Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, Dark Depths, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite and probably a few others I'm forgetting to mention. Legend ruling yourself is bad, but you can at least tap it for mana one last time before it hits the yard. 4 are included in this build in order to maximize the disruptive factor.

Wasteland: If you're not playing Wasteland, you're beating Wasteland. This land is a cornerstone of Legacy. This is a Wasteland deck. 4.

Rishadan Port: Because this deck cannot play 8 Wasteland, we need to make due with a slightly inferior substitute. Going either Port or Waste into a Vial on the play is a strong opener, and if the creatures in your hand curve it should be hard to beat unless they're on fast combo. 2.

Dust Bowl: See Flagstones of Trokair. 1.

Flagstones of Trokair: This is a weird one. It does a lot of little things. It thins the deck like a fetchland, and it combos with Cataclysm off the sideboard. There are a few random cards it hoses, such as Armageddon, Smokestack and Chain of Vapor. Finally, it can be used with Dust Bowl. 4.

Cavern of Souls: Force of Will is a thing. Daze is a thing. The color blue is the meta in Legacy. 1 for spice.

Horizon Canopy: Can help recover if flooding. 1.

Side:

Ethersworn Canonist: Stops storm and other dirty combo decks. Nothing more to say here.

Manriki-Gusari : One of the deepest sideboard cards of all time, this gets an edge in Stoneforge mirrors, AKA lightsaber duels.

Kor Firewalker : Price of Progress is a thing, a thing that demands respect.

Grafdigger's Cage: This card stops the things on the card that it says it stops.

Chalice of the Void: Chalice for 0 stops Lotus Petal and Lion's Eye Diamond. A follow up Chalice for 1 is usually a one way ticket to Scoop City.

Leyline of the Void: I prefer Leyline over Rest in Peace for Legacy. By the time you get to RIP you're probably dead anyways, especially if you're on the draw.

Containment Priest: Nice Show and Tell / Natural Order / Green Sun's Zenith / Whatever, buddy.

Council's Judgment : This can actually kill a True-Name Nemesis.
