The idea of the deck is, basically, powerful creatures and make them gain +1/+1 counters. Then take profit of proliferate mechanic. Fantastic when you have a stall board and play rumblebelt or Trollbred guardian or rhonas. In order to get extra cards and to become out of fuel I included Kiora and Beast whisperer.

Any suggestion is welcome.

Added Sideboard: Vivien to get more consistency when playing against flyers, Evolution sage for and improvement of the proliferate mechanic (seriously thinking in substitution of irror March from the main deck), Nissa is a win condition by herself as well as to take advantage of the Sharkhan +1 ability (also Kiora). Sunder Shaman against enchanments and Neheb. Well I love this card but I have never been able to find a suit condition for them.
