As you guys know, this week was the Standard rotation, and because of that, this deck has become not legal for standard. I would revise this deck, but some of the cards that rotated out were fundamental to how this deck runs. Here is the complete list of cards that are now in Modern.
BFZ- 4x Shambling Vent, 3x Smoldering Marsh, 2x Gideon, Ally of Zendikar, 1x Radiant Flames, 3x Transgress the Mind
OGW- 1x Needle Spires, 2x Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet
SFI- 1x Drownyard Temple, 3x Foreboding Ruins, 3x Ever After, 4x Fiery Temper, 2x Lightning Axe, 3x Nahiri, the Harbinger, 1x Anguished Unmaking, 2x Sorin, Grim Nemesis
EDM- 1x Geier Reach Sanitarium, 1x Nahiri's Wrath, 1x Liliana, the Last Hope
This leaves us with a whopping 27 cards left in Standard. That is a lot of cards gone.
So, I'm going to leave this deck how it is for now. As Ixalan moves through, I'll try to revise this deck the best I can to make it Standard legal, but it's gonna be hard.
Good news is, I have a new standard deck in the works that will be coming soon, so stay tuned for that.

Consulate Skygate is useful because it is a easy turn 2 blocker. It usually gives me enough time to get a turn 4 Refurbish out. It comes out often enough to be useful, and I can get it out to block incoming flyer damage.
Nahiri's Wrath is a very situational card. It is very good against dangerous creatures, but if I don't need it, I usually use it as discard fuel for Cathartic Reunion or Tormenting Voice. I feel like it's worthwhile to have 1 in the deck.
Liliana, the Last Hope is a very good card. As you mentioned, I do not have infinite money, but I will try to add at least 1 more in before Hour of Devestation.

I absolutely love this deck and I love the addition of Nahiri's Wrath, I would run 2 or 3 actually and absolutely roast multiple creatures/planeswalkers and load up the graveyard. I'd love to build it with cheaper modifications. My budget is tight.

Why Consulate Skygate? He was better before Heart of Kiran. Do you find from playtesting that he helps enough?
Also, is Nahiri's Wrath worth it? That seems like a card that would just sit in my hand. Overall, I like the deck. I've built similar ones in the past. If I were you and had infinite money, I would add more Liliana, the Last Hope ;)
