This is an EDH deck based around going wide with a huge token army and pumping them for the win. Since this is a Gruul deck there's not a whole lot of subtlety here. The main goal is to get out Radha and swing with a ton of tokens so you can ramp into the big spells on the top end of the curve and sink mana into fire-breathing dragons and other similar things. Primal Surge is also basically an insta-win.
