part of my list of horde decks i'm working on this horde goes by a few set rules 1. the deck has 2 mode hive mind or frenzy 2. the deck begins with a sliver queen or any legendary sliver you want, as long as the queen is alive the deck is in hive mind mode3 the queen cannot be killed or targeted as long as there is another sliver on the battlefield 4 when the queen is killed ether by attacking it or destroying it the deck enters frenzy mode
HIVE MIND MODE 1 the players get 3 rounds to prepare before the horde gets a swarm emblem that does 2 thing 1 it tapped for 1 mana of any color and at the beginning of the deck upkeep it reveled from the top of its library until x effect slivers are reveled were x is the number of swarm emblems 2 the horde deck gets the swarm emblem is for every 15 dmg dealt to it so someone should keep track of the dmg 3 to kill the queen you must kill all other slivers on the battlefield4 the hivemind will make intelligent dissensions so it wont go on suicide charges or randomly choose and the 5 deck can declare attackers or blockers.5 in this state the deck targets the person or card that has harmed the deck the mostFRENZY MODEwhen the queen dies the deck plays the top 5 effect slivers and goes by the following rules1 the deck makes a new emblem for every 10 dmg and it gets x new emblems were x is the number of emblems divided by 5 rounded down2 the deck now select its targets randomly and players can now attack individual slivers

Players win when the deck has no card in the deck and all slivers on the battlefield are killed
