Bringin the light of the lort! Focus is on Soldier creatures and token generation. Legion's Initiative and Boros Charm save my creatures from my own wipes with cards like Wrath of God. Using Aurelia in conjunction with cards like Burn at the Stake provides with massive burns and double combat phases.

Update: Removed Legion's Initiative and favor of Mobilization and Assemble the Legion

Update 2: Removed Blaze Commando in favor of more effective Benalish Commander .

Update 3: Removed Preeminent Captain in favor of more Benalish Commanders. PC wasn't providing anything important to the point of the deck.

Update 4: Sideboarded Mobilization for cheaper Militia's Pride . Also removed Assemble the Legion in favor of Rise of the Hobgoblins as it is cheaper and provides first strike. Sideboarded Purphoros, God of the Forge and also added in Legion's Initiative to sideboard again. Purphoros can be swapped with Aurelia for faster direct damage. Combine that with LI's return to battlefield effect can result in a sudden massive burn.

Update 5: Replaced Rise of the Hobgoblins with Purphoros, God of the Forge. Replaced 3 Lightning Bolt with 2 Lightning Helix (for added life gain) and replaced 2 Divine Deflection for 3 Deflecting Palm.

Update 6: Removed Lightning Helix 1 Burn at the Stake. Replaced with 3 Timely Reinforcements

Update 7: Darien, King of Kjeldor added to side. Darien + Purphoros turns attacking me into a risky play. Can also use Burn at the Stake to sacrifice life for more creatures and double burn to opponent.

Update 8: Decided to dropped to 1x Obelisk of Urd and add in 1x Valor in Akros. Removed 2x Benalish Captain and 2x Tajic, Blade of the Legion and added in 4x Soul Warden. Sideboarded Timely Reinforcements add 3x Raise the Alarm. Removed Burn at the Stake, added 2x Bonfire of the Damned This all helped lower my average CMC to 2.42. Was previously exceeding 3.0, making the deck extremely slow.
