I threw this together when Yeen started experimenting with Planeswalkers as commanders.

Sarhkan's ultimate definitely has the potential for blowouts, which means it has the potential to be no-fun no-good-times for a lot of people. :/ The good news is that Sarkhan's ult really should never be a surprise, so people have plenty of time to deal with the build-up to the blow-out, which seems balanced and fun and interactive.

I tried to keep everything budget (everything's under $10 at the time of writing), while also being flavorful and light-hearted and fun: Tormenting Voice for draw and Sarkhan's Rage for removal, for example. No egregious control and minimal boardwipes. Just a lot of dragons.
