Yep another sliver commander. This one however is built in a form more traditional than most. Instead of using Sliver Queen as the commander, this idea runs off Sliver Overlord . The main premise for this deck it to allow you to produce massive amounts of mana through ramp and other effects in order to tutor for whatever sliver (or opponent's sliver) that you need. Cards such as Heartstone and Training Grounds will help create essentially a one drop tutor.

Oh, you might be wondering where all this mana is going to come from in order to cast all of the spells you just tutored for.... No worries cards like Mirari's Wake are there to help!
