Basically, generate enough mana to cast balustrade spy or undercity informer. It puts your library into your graveyard. Put the Narcomoeba's into play. Sac them to cabal therapy your opponente for counters, or to put something that is stuck in your hand into your graveyard if it's a combo piece. Then you get a creature token from the narco because of bridge from below. Sac 3 of your creatures to flash back dread return and put Angel of glory into play. That pulls azami and maniac to play too. use azami to tap and draw a card. You can't so maniac triggers and you win.

Wild cantor can be fetched with summoner's pact to mana fix.

Elvish spirit guide can be fetched with summoner's pact, essentially giving us 8 slots to draw it.

Chancellor of annex and pact of negation are to counter their counters. Usually you will win between turn 1-3, or you lose. Good chance of turn 1 win. Mulligan aggressively. I usually don't count on drawing into a spy or informer.
