This is two identical decks that work in tandem with each other in multiplayer games. They do not function in Two Headed Giant, as they abuse some card effects that allow you to choose an opponent, choosing the other brother player.

The Commander of the deck is more in that position because of flavor reasons, since the two benefit from being played together, and have alternate art from Kamigawa. Wherever possible, alternate art is used between the two decks,

There are obviously more choices for cards that abuse having a team, but they're either outside of mono red, or are just not very good. Two cards I might add would include Mana Crypt (which I do own two alternate art copies of) and Gauntlet of Might, but I've avoided those because crypts are in other decks and I don't like to share, and Gauntlets are very expensive.

These decks are surprisingly casual, and neither can really compete on their own. While some might feel it's unfair to play against a team, I consider these decks more than fair. They're a challenge for other players, and balanced by restricting themselves to only red, the weakest individual color in EDH.

There are some creatures and cards in the deck simply to offer some strengths, but cards that are relatively easy to replace are: Avarice Totem, Obsidian Fireheart, Steel Hellkite, Inferno Titan, Soul of Shandalar, Wurmcoil Engine, Akroma. These cards aren't "bad", but just not exceptionally amazing in terms of what they do. There might be more to add to that list, but these are just a handful (heh, seven, handful, get it?) that come to mind off the top of my head.
